Our Academy offers a comprehensive program that focuses on the all-around development of individuals, both on and off the field.

 

Led by a team of dedicated professionals and rugby enthusiasts, we strive to create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved, helping them become the best versions of themselves.

The Australian Raptors Rugby Academy collaborates with various organisations to provide an enriching rugby experience to participants. Our program aligns with a pathway that may lead to higher-level rugby representative and professional rugby playing opportunities.

Our primary vision is to offer a rugby experience that enhances players' growth through various means, including:

1. Overseas touring: We provide opportunities for players to travel abroad, exposing them to different rugby cultures and experiences.

2. Cultural immersion: Through our program, players can engage in new cultural experiences, broadening their horizons and promoting diversity and understanding.

3. Rugby skill development: We prioritise improving players' rugby skills, ensuring they receive top-notch training and coaching to enhance their performance on the field.

4. Resilience building: We aim to develop players' resilience, helping them overcome challenges both within and outside of rugby, fostering a strong mindset and adaptability.

5. Holistic development: Our program focuses on nurturing players' mental and physical well-being, recognizing the importance of a balanced approach to overall growth.

6. Pathways: We provide a structured development pathway that supports progression beyond youth rugby and into future men’s and women’s opportunities.

We have designed our rugby calendar to complement development pathways  provided by various rugby organisations, ensuring that our activities align where possible.
